Position Description: By acting as in an outside sales support function, manages all aspects of re-rental business for jobsite support.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
Manage inventory of all tools, equipment, and supplies.
Source best rate and value for equipment rentals required for projects and ensure timely delivery and pickup.
Manage equipment charge-out system and administer program per company policies.
Collaborate with Internal Audit to account for all re-rent equipment per company policies.
Engage with Accounting Department to generate invoices for all items rented or sold to projects.
Oversee delivery and pickup of equipment inventory from jobsites.
Visit project teams on a regular and frequent basis to build relationships and ensure program is successful.
Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Inventory Control Specialist on the needs of the jobsite.
Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program and minimum of 5 years of related outside sales support experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
Knowledge of construction tools and supplies, preferred
Commercial construction work experience, preferred
High degree of organization and attention to detail
Demonstrated history of Negotiate negotiation and collaboration with others
Work independently and as part of team
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer applications and MS Office
Valid Driver's License Required
Moderate travel within 100 mile radius expected for this position

Physical Demands: Performance of the duties will occasionally require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
